World’s first Smart Rainforest to be engineered in Australia
Climate change has brought about numerous unpredictable challenges, making preserving Earth and preventing disasters increasingly tricky.
With Australia witnessing the brunt of climate change, including higher temperatures, more extreme droughts, fire seasons, floods, and more extreme weather, as per the Australian Museum, the country is moving towards greener pathways.
Engineering world’s first ‘Smart Rainforest’
Recently, NTT Group–a global technology company, collaborated with ClimateForce– a registered Australian charity, to create the world’s first Smart Rainforest utilizing NTT’s Smart Management Platform technology.
A statement by the organizations says that the partnership seeks to regenerate a section of Australia’s Daintree Rainforest and establish sustainable and cost-effective models for environmental restoration efforts globally.
